MY StORY
Hi, I’m Yihuan, the founder of Fuluxi.
Growing up in a multi-ethnic family, I was lucky to learn traditional Chinese crafts from a young age — filigree, raw lacquer, gold weaving, and more. These hands-on experiences sparked my love for creating meaningful, heritage-driven pieces.
Later, I studied and traveled abroad, diving into Western art history and contemporary design. That journey taught me to see beauty in minimalism, quiet luxury, and thoughtful composition — lessons that still shape how I design today.
Now, I bring both worlds together: honoring my Eastern roots while speaking the language of modern Western aesthetics. The result? Designs that feel both familiar and fresh, rooted in the belief that true beauty lives in harmony in diversity, integration without confusion.
